Massage therapist Ursula Sweeney hails from Ballina, Ireland, and before coming to Sydney in 2005 spent a number of years living abroad in Australia, Norway and England, in addition to travel through Asia.

Her interest in massage therapy and aromatherapy is based on the desire for a healthy lifestyle - a holistic approach where the mind, body and spirit are interdependent in a person's wellbeing. 21st Century living can often strip away a person's natural defences, so it's important to take a step back to listen to what the body needs, and respond accordingly.
