home usesstressStress is the wear and tear our bodies experience in life, with physical and emotional effects on us that create positive or negative feelings. On the plus side, stress helps motivate, result in a new awareness and an exciting new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in feelings of rejection, anger, and depression, which in turn can lead to health problems such as headaches, rashes, insomnia, ulcers, high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Life events such as the death of a loved one, the birth of a child, a change of job, or a new relationship cause stress as we need to readjust our lives. In so doing, stress will help or hinder us depending on how we react to it. It is not correct that the removal of stress entirely would be an optimal solution: this would leave us unmotivated and in turn create stress on it's own. But everyone at some stage reaches a level of stress that is counter-productive to what they are aiming to achieve.
