Attention to the diet is advisable in this instance, with an increase in Vitamin C being imperative to boost the immune system. The methods below should also assist in the road to recovery. Method 1 - Steam InhalationBlend:
Mix the drops of oil into a bowl full of hot water. Placing a towel over your head, position your face around 25cms away from the water, breathing in deeply through the nose, for around 60 seconds. Keep your eyes closed throughout. Method 2 - TissueBlend:
Drop the oils above onto a tissue, and carry with you throughout the day, inhaling from it regularly.
Method 3 - Chest MassageBlend in one teaspoon of grapeseed oil:
With the patient in a relaxed state, massage around the chest, neck and sinus area.
