cellulite

Cellulite is a term that describes deposits of dimpled fat found on the thighs and buttocks of many women. In fact, this is simply ordinary fatty tissue. Strands of fibrous tissue connect the skin to deeper tissue layers and separate compartments that contain fat cells. When these fat cells increase in size, the compartments bulge and produce a waffled appearance of the skin, the "orange peel" that women curse the world over.

This unsuspected "normality" means that there is no quick fix to removing cellulite - only the long-term solution of exercise and a healthy diet to fight against the efforts of the body (particularly for women reaching their 30s and beyond) to deposit fat stores around the thighs.

However, attempts can certainly be made to change the appearance of cellulite and reduce it's unsightliness. A full body massage using the below formula is a good starting point.

Method 1 - Full Body Massage

Blend:

Mix the essential oils above in 30ml of Almond oil, as well as adding 5 drops of jojoba oil.
