tea tree

Tea Tree oil (melaleuca alternifolia) is derived from the melaleuca genus of trees, originating in Australia. The aroma is strong, medicinal, camphoraceous, balsamic and bittersweet.

The oil is a powerful antibiotic, supportive to the 'life of the body' and immune system, and may be employed for a wide range of bacterial, viral and fungal infections. It can be used not only to eradicate harmful pathogens, but also to prevent the recurrence of infections. Tea Tree oil may be used for infections including colds, flu, bronchitis, candida and thrush, as well as bacterial and skin infections such as tinea.

psychological benefits

Steadying the nerves and promoting blood flow to the brain, tea tree is indicated for mental fatigue and nervous debility, especially in those whose immune system is weak. The oil promotes a positive outlook, uplifting the spirit and building confidence.
